Dale Rubinchik, D.D.S., Inc.

Dr. Rubinchik is always keeping abreast of the latest dentistry has to offer. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Mateo Dental Society. Dr. Rubinchik is also the Bay Area President of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. Dr. Rubinchik keeps updated on the newest techniques and materials by attending numerous continuing education courses.

He has been practicing in Redwood City for over 20 years and has been a resident of San Mateo County all his life.

Alec J. Temlock, D.M.D., MS

Dr. Temlock completed his undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, where he received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. After graduation, he continued his medical research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for several years before moving to New York City, where he began a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Several years later, Dr. Temlock decided to refocus his career towards patient-oriented outcomes and ultimately attended dental school.

Dr. Temlock graduated Cum Laude from Boston University School of Dental Medicine, receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. At graduation, he was awarded the prestigious American Academy of Periodontology Dental Student Award recognizing his Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics. After completing dental school, Dr. Temlock continued his education as a surgical resident at the University of California-San Francisco (UCSF). After three years of specialty training, he was awarded his Certificate of Residency in Periodontology. While receiving his intense surgical and implant training, he also completed a Masters of Science (MS) degree in Oral and Craniofacial Biology.

Dr. Temlock continues to attend continuing education symposia around the country focusing on implant placement and restorations, advanced surgical techniques and oral plastic surgery, sedation techniques and patient comfort, and safety precautions among other topics. He strives to educate and inform patients from the very first visit, and his greatest pleasure comes from the smiles when his patients happily complete treatment.

Toby Burgess, D.D.S.
Orthodontist

Dr. Burgess received his bachelor degree at the University of California, Berkeley. He then pursued his dental education at the University of California, San Francisco. He then continued his education at the UCSF, specializing in Orthodontics.

Dr. Burgess then joined the United States Air Force and was ranked Captain. While in the air force, he lived in Japan for 2 years. After 2 years he resigned.

Dr. Burgess has been practicing as an orthodontist for over 40 years. He has had private practices in San Carlos, Martinez and Healdsburg. He is now semi-retired and currently works in Redwood City and the South Bay.

In his pass time, he enjoys traveling, flying, sailing and SCUBA diving.
