This notice describes Teeth.com’s educational website, question tool, and optional analytics. We update it when these practices change.

Ask Teeth.com is disabled

Ask Teeth.com is currently unavailable. While it is disabled, this website does not send questions to OpenAI to generate answers. Please do not submit dental records or private health information. If the question tool is enabled in the future, we will update this notice to explain its processing, safeguards, and provider retention practices.

Dentist searches and external links

Your location and care selection stay on this page until you open Google Maps results. Opening those results sends the search terms, including any optional insurance or plan name, to Google. Do not enter insurance member or policy numbers. The Teeth.com application does not save a dentist-search history or request your device’s precise location.

Google handles information from your visit under its Privacy Policy. Other linked websites also have their own privacy practices.

Optional video players

Procedure pages can load videos from YouTube or a manufacturer when you press Load video. No embedded video or external thumbnail is requested before that choice. Loading a player shares connection information with its host, which may use cookies under its own policies. YouTube players use its privacy-enhanced embed address. You can close a player or use a direct publisher link instead; closing it does not erase information already received by the host.

Hosting and access

This educational website is hosted on Cloudflare. Its public pages and temporary preview do not require a visitor account. The temporary preview is publicly accessible to people who have its address; excluding it from search indexing does not make it private. Cloudflare may process connection details, including IP addresses, and request, security, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website. Provider cookies, security logs, and retention practices are separate from information stored by the Teeth.com application. Their applicable policies govern that processing; this notice does not promise that all information is immediately deleted.

Optional website analytics

Optional Google Analytics is enabled on the public website, and loads only after you allow it. Analytics stays off on preview addresses. You can allow or decline optional analytics cookies and change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from using the site.

When enabled and allowed, analytics records visits to known educational pages, the referring website, video starts and viewing progress, and counts of dentist-search clicks, dental-plan guide visits and clicks, and completed plan checklists. Individual checklist choices are not sent. Google also receives technical information from the connection, such as browser and device information, and processes it under its policies. We do not send the text of questions or answers, location or insurance entries, or arbitrary URL parameters to Analytics. These reports are not a patient record.

Our analytics code requests that advertising personalization and Google Signals be disabled. Preview addresses are excluded. We respect supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by leaving analytics off. Your choice and optional browser exclusion are saved locally in this browser. Withdrawing permission stops future reporting and removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google.

Advertising and sale of information

The current application has no advertising trackers. We do not sell your AI questions or dentist searches.

Your choices

You can read the dental guides without submitting an AI question or opening Google Maps. Ask Teeth.com remains disabled. Use a city or ZIP code rather than your home address for a dentist search.

For questions about this notice or a privacy request, email hello@teeth.com. When you email us, your email address and message are handled through our email services so we can review and respond. This is separate from the AI question tool. Please do not send dental records or private health information.
